Student Assistant for Generation Projects

Imagine a future where you contribute to standardisation and continuous improvement of the way we work when developing and preparing for operating wind farms

Join us in this role where you’ll handle tasks on your own to support the continued optimisation of how we work as a team across the projects in Generation Projects, whilst getting the opportunity to grow your professional competences and expertise.

Welcome to Generation Projects
You’ll be part of Generation Development & Project Delivery where you, together with your colleagues, will develop operational bid input and ensure the delivery of asset projects to secure maximum revenue with an optimised operational setup. Here, you’ll work within an inspiring team and learning environment with deeply committed, motivated, and passionate colleagues working closely with all aspects of wind farm operations.

As a team, we continually develop and learn, whilst sharing across the team to secure deployment of best practice.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • Preparing portfolio overviews of all ongoing projects and specific one-pagers with key project information
  • Handling updates to processes, instructions, and templates in Way We Work, our quality management system
  • Administering our document management system
  • Supporting development and regular update of standardised reporting to track implementation of O&M requirements, and supporting collection and creation of database for operational issues
  • Providing analytic support to map O&M requirements and contract clauses as well as maintaining tool/templates for this purpose
  • Collecting information needed to assess value and risk from relevant stakeholders.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • Are studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree in science, technology, operations and engineering management, IT, or similar, and have at least two years left before graduating
  • Have a strong flair for IT, are a highly competent user of Office 365, and have worked with visualising data in dashboards/business intelligence systems during your studies
  • Have a proactive and systematic approach to your work tasks
  • Have a positive attitude, a strong drive, and are eager to learn
  • Speak and write English fluently and have excellent writing and communication skills.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
