Senior Management Assistant in Infrastructure Asset

Imagine a future where you deliver professional support for the Infrastructure Assets functional area within Region Europe Generation.

Join us in this role where you’ll support our Head of Infrastructure Assets and the wider leadership team. You’ll enable the leader to work efficiently, time effectively, and add significant value to the Infrastructure Assets Leadership Team, which you’ll be a part of, and the full Infrastructure Assets organisation. You’ll manage a broad range of responsibilities that include day-to-day planning, organising and prioritising tasks as needed.

Welcome to Infrastructure Assets
You’ll be part of Infrastructure Assets function where you, together with your colleagues, will become part of a business unit that largely operates independently. Infrastructure Assets own and operate offshore gas and oil pipelines in the Danish North Sea and a gas treatment plant at West Jutland. We aim for optimal operations while supporting the green transition by exploring new uses of our assets, prioritizing safety, stability, and economic viability. The area is based on 3 locations in Denmark and has approximately 90 people in both operations, maintenance, engineering, business development etc. As a team, we are motivated by strong relations, an open and trustworthy working culture, and we are embracing opportunities as well as diverse teams and talent development.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • providing administrative assistance, incl. travel and calendar planning, expense management and managing ad hoc tasks as required
  • preparing, coordinating and following up, and ensuring your leader is well prepared with all materials for meetings, activities and events
  • taking the lead on organisation and execution of events
  • supporting yearly business processes and follow-up on actions for the Infrastructure Assets Leadership team
  • managing and supporting with communication and contact to internal and external stakeholders
  • developing expertise in our administrative processes and navigating in our systems and being the go-to person on administrative related questions and issues.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have some years of experience as a personal assistant or administrative assistant
  • speak and write Danish and English fluently and know how to handle confidential information
  • are passionate about driving impact through administrative and operational excellence, anticipating leadership’s needs and proactively solving problems before they arise
  • can efficiently manage your time, enjoy working independently and have a can-do mindset
  • are diligent and perseverant when navigating internal processes and learning new administrative tools/methods.
