Credit Risk Manager

Welcome to Group Revenue Risk
You’ll be part of the Credit, Liquidity & FinReg Risk team where you, together with your colleagues, will be responsible for building and operating a strong 2nd line credit risk function. You will collaborate across markets and functions to strengthen Ørsted’s credit risk management. You’ll work closely with stakeholders in Group Risk, risk models, procurement, and our trading department to ensure robust and forward-looking risk practices.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • leading strategic credit risk projects that go beyond traditional operations and contribute to the development of Ørsted’s future risk framework
  • performing in-depth credit assessments and ratings for the most critical counterparties, ensuring sound decision-making and risk understanding in Ørsted
  • applying quantitative methods and risk modelling expertise to improve the accuracy and relevance of our credit risk tools and analysis
  • driving cross-functional collaboration with teams in r to align on risk strategy and execution
  • contributing to the transformation of our credit risk management approach, making it more fit-for-purpose and future-ready
  • shaping and influencing how Ørsted manages credit risk in a dynamic environment, with opportunities to grow into strategic leadership.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have experience in credit risk management, preferably from the banking sector
  • are skilled in quantitative analysis and risk modelling
  • have hands-on experience with credit assessments and ratings
  • are a proactive project manager with strong content expertise
  • collaborate effectively across teams and functions
  • can see the bigger picture and connect strategic dots.
