Director, Project Finance

Join us in this role where you’ll lead the origination, structuring, negotiations, diligence, and execution of tax equity investments for our US offshore wind portfolio. You’ll interface directly with investors and manage timelines to ensure successful closings.

You’ll be part of Project Finance where you, together with your colleagues, will develop relationships with institutional investors and guide project sponsors on structuring choices. Our team is dedicated to driving successful tax equity transactions and collaborating across departments.

You’ll play an important role in:
- leading origination, structuring, negotiations, diligence, and execution of tax equity investments
- interfacing directly with tax equity investors, syndicators, corporates, and credit buyers
- setting transaction strategy, allocating team resources, managing timelines, and reporting progress
- developing and executing the roadmap for successful closings from LOI through COD
- identifying and developing relationships with institutional tax equity and transferability investors
- guiding project sponsors and development teams on structuring choices.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have superior analytical and financial modeling skills or at least 8+ years of direct experience in the industry and leading transactions
- are willing to embrace opportunities to learn and apply knowledge
- can manage multiple tasks and drive high-level performance from team members
- have keen attention to detail and can teach best practices.
- are a master user in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or engineering, or equivalent experience.

Director, Project Finance Salary range: (195,000-215,000) Discretionary Bonus: 12.5 target of base compensation; may be changed or suspended based on the discretion of the company
