Head of Systems & Analytics (B2B)

Join us in this role where you’ll lead a team that runs projects, achieve system and data excellence, enhance efficiency, ensure transparency and risk control, and develop customer-centric solutions. You will lead the team, define and manage system and data development, spearhead significant B2B projects, and collaborate with colleagues and your team to effectively prioritize and execute key initiatives.

You’ll be part of Commercial Excellence where you, together with your colleagues, will define our system and data environment through application development and maintenance. You will collaborate with internal and external vendors to drive projects and initiatives for efficient B2B systems and data landscape that deliver exceptional experience for Ørsted customers. The team manages large, complex projects to define future data and system roadmap for efficient, transparent and informed decision-making, while optimizing applications to minimize redundancy and maximize values.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • leading a team of skilled and autonomous Business System Consultants and Data Analysts
  • enhancing B2B business knowledge and efficiency through data utilization and management
  • driving change and improvement initiatives and projects within B2B, including IT budget management.
  • developing a data strategy and system roadmap focusing on internal efficiency and customer experiences
  • acting as the Business Owner for significant B2B IT projects and initiatives
  • promoting and advocating the AI and automation agenda within B2B organization and community

To succeed in the role, you:

  • are an exceptional people leader who supports, empowers, and fosters a strong team collaboration and performance
  • have proven experience in defining and driving optimization of B2B system and data roadmap to deliver efficient B2B experiences to end-customer
  • have proven leadership experience in driving Data and System excellence agenda across teams and organizations
  • have extensive experience working with end-customer and/or energy customer processes as added advantage
  • have extensive stakeholder management experiences in collaborating with internal and external stakeholder to drive B2B excellence initiatives and projects
  • have strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Danish to effectively liaise with stakeholders and understand energy market legislation, which is often written in Danish
