Student Assistant - Management Support in Architecture & Technology

You will do this through collecting and analysing advanced data and performing stellar business analyses. You’ll be working in our great office facilities in Gentofte.

You’ll be part of Architecture & Technology where you, together with your colleagues, will be part of a community consisting of 150+ architects and technology specialists working with Digitalization and Technology within different Domains. You’ll play an important role in:

  • supporting the management team in driving initiatives across the architecture and technology area, to steer and guide the company direction
  • preparing, creating, and editing polished and detailed reports and strategic presentations
  • market scouting, participating in/preparing Proofs of Concepts (PoCs), data collection and interviews, roadmap development, and generating comprehensive overviews
  • assisting in the preparation of newsletters, department events, hackathons, debate clubs, presentations, and organizing external presenters
  • providing comprehensive support for strategy development, including data analysis, market research, and the preparation of strategic documents and presentations
  • performing additional tasks related to coordinating and advancing the architecture area.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • are currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, with at least a year and a half remaining until graduation
  • possess strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset, demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly with senior management stakeholders
  • have solid business acumen, are skilled at creating professional presentations in PowerPoint, presenting complex issues concisely to support effective decision-making by the management
  • are ambitious, perseverant, responsible, proactive, and well-organized, and thrive in an international environment
  • are success-driven and show an interest in digital transformation initiatives and are interested in developing in the intersection between business and digital technologies
  • take ownership of your tasks and effectively communicate progress.
