China Supplier QHSE Manager

Welcome to China QHSE Supplier qualification and Supply Chain Management
You’ll be part of the regional supplier QHSE management strategic team where you, together with your colleagues, will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of annual engagement plans and initiatives as well as conducting supplier QHSE engagement activities based on the group’s overall strategy.
As a team, we work hard and collaborate cross functionally to ensure smooth business processes.
You’ll play an important role in:
- leading strategic initiatives allocated by Regional Head of Supplier QHSE Management & supporting the development of country/region specific appendices/employer requirements to ensure compliance with local regulation.
- the delivery of high-quality supplier QHSE support activities on time as required by procurement and projects.
- contractor monitoring & support activities, such as audits, in line with regional, project & procurement requirements to ensure robust supplier QHSE performance.
- providing feedback & reporting to relevant stakeholders on supplier QHSE pre-qualification, tender and execution performance.
- identifying risks in the supply chain & working with internal or external stakeholders to mitigate accordingly.
- defining resource budget for supplier QHSE activities & collaborating closely with Supply Chain Development Manager and local engineers.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have a masters of QHSE, Science, Engineering or similar.
- minimum 10 years’ experience within Q and/or HSE, including supplier qualification.
- certified lead auditor of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001.
- excellent Management of Change skills.
- strong experience in engaging and working with contractors in the areas of QHSE.
- knowledge and experience in development, construction and operations phases of renewable, utility or oil and gas projects systematic and strong organizational skills to work on multiple scopes and deadlines.
