Operations Manager for Anholt Offshore Windfarm
Are you on board for the challenge of operating our fleet of wind turbines on Anholt wind farm, leading your team of 17 colleagues?

Join us in this role where you’ll serve as Operations Manager for one of Denmark’s largest wind farms, comprising 111 wind turbines located 15 km offshore with an overall capacity of 400 MW and operated out of the port of Grenaa. You’ll be our second team leader in our Operations structure, where you and your other leading colleague will take care of the daily operations and maintenance of the wind turbines.

You’ll be part of Operations Team 2 where you, together with your colleagues, will form a committed team of leaders, overseeing 17 wind farm technicians, and where you’ll play a major role in leading the day-to-day development of your team and running dialogues with your colleagues. You’ll have the overall responsibility for wind turbine operations, as well as following up on performance. Working closely together with other colleagues and technicians from our suppliers. As a team, we offer you a varied job with many professional and personal challenges, where you’ll get to set the tone of your workday and take decisions with your other colleagues.
You’ll play an important role in:
- leading the operations of the wind turbines, paying the highest degree of attention to safety, environment, and performance
- ensure your colleagues’ professional and personal development within the team
- following up on day-to-day operations, as well as daily reporting
- facilitating daily “toolbox” meetings
- overseeing continual follow-up and improvement of QHSE feedback reports
- completing ad hoc tasks related to periods of wind turbine downtime.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have a degree or equivalent qualification as i.e. a Marine Engineer or installer, and have proven experience as a leader
- are an experienced user of IT systems, incl. SAP og Outlook, since our maintenance and logging system runs via electronic software
- speak and write English and Danish to a high level, since our corporate language is English, and are physically fit and available for offshore visits
- care deeply about, and are naturally attentive to, quality and environment, as well as workplace safety for yourself and other colleagues
- are conscientious and take an analytical approach to your work tasks
- thrive in a close-knit setup with your colleagues and stakeholders whilst also working well on your independent tasks, with the willingness to go the extra mile when we’re busy.
