Welcome to Digital Enablement & MarTech
You’ll be part of the Martech, SEO & Analytics team where you, together with your colleagues, will manage our tools and assist global stakeholders. As a team, we have a friendly working environment based on trust and respect. We’re specialists in each of our areas and take pride in collaborating and helping others achieve their goals.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • organising and improving our digital asset systems, ensuring that they’re easy for stakeholders to use
  • developing and maintaining metadata standards and taxonomy for the digital assets to ensure they’re easily searchable and retrievable
  • ensuring that we store, use, and delete assets in accordance with tool governance and applicable GDPR legislation
  • executing standard workflows for employees leaving Ørsted
  • managing user permissions and access to the digital assets, ensuring that only authorised stakeholders can access specific assets.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have previous experience and knowledge of managing digital asset management systems, including their architecture, functionalities, best practices, and file types
  • are structured and have the ability to develop and implement a structured taxonomy that logically categorises digital assets
  • can provide clear guidance and training to users so that they can effectively utilise our digital asset management systems
  • are proficient in developing and implementing workflows, processes, and policies related to digital asset management
  • are service-minded, collaborative and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
