You’ll be part of The IT Early Careers programme, is an early-career opportunity for you if you’re graduating with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in November 2024 onwards. where you, together with your colleagues, will support, maintain, and develop our global network security products. You'll be working globally with other colleagues across teams. Once you get acquainted with our IAM Product Line, you’ll interact with all parts of the organisation, across many countries and cultures. We’re responsible for the IAM products, identity security best practices, guidelines, and technical platforms. As a team, we follow the agile way of working with a focus on self-organisation and team culture. This agility provides a great opportunity for you to take part in shaping how we plan and deliver our work.
You’ll play an important role in:
- maintaining and supporting our existing IAM Products
- performing a variety of technical and operational tasks designed to ensure the security and efficiency of user access to our organisations’ resources
- supporting IPL strategy by participating in meetings at a team level, such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint review, sprint planning, and at an IPL level e.g., system demo, PI planning, etc.
- delivering value to our business through identified activities and tasks under the SAFe Agile Framework.
To succeed in the role, you:
- hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree or higher in IT, or computer science by November 2024
- have good analytical and general IT skills, preferably network-related
- have passion to learn processes, tools, and products that support our company network infrastructure
- have good communication and collaboration skills, a proactive mindset, and can think outside of the box to reach the desired outcome
- are a good team player and can cooperate within virtual teams
- have a personal drive to achieve results and an enthusiasm for personal development and must be proactive in learning and developing your skills in both technical and non-technical aspects in IT Infrastructure.
