Global Process Owner

Imagine a future where you’re part of a great team, supporting all employees within the organisation with global people processes

Join us in this role where you’ll own and drive Global People Services processes tapping into Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. Together with your colleagues, you’ll drive, maintain, and develop optimised processes to ensure quality and efficiency in our services to employees and managers in the organisation.

Welcome to Global People Services
You’ll be part of our Global People Services Maturation team where you, together with your colleagues, will work closely with our newly established Global HR Front Desk and our HR back-end support functions. You’ll engage with many colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation to support our business. In all Global support functions, we focus our efforts on supporting the entire business. As a team, we are ambitious, have great energy, and an informal work culture, and we highly encourage a learning mindset and an original approach to new projects.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • realising our plans to establish a Global HR Front Desk
  • driving the development and continuous optimisation of processes and work instructions and SOP´s to secure the success of our HR Front Desk
  • engaging with a broad stakeholder landscape within our digital agile release trains, our People & Culture organisation, and across the organisation
  • contributing to the broad end-to-end process landscape in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders
  • supporting your colleagues in delivering the agreed services
  • contributing to having the right system capabilities and data to support the business through a close collaboration with product owners and change owners in agile release trains.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have experience with managing operational HR processes with a complex stakeholder landscape in an international organisation, preferably with experience with LEAN methodologies
  • are motivated by a wide range of tasks and broad engagement
  • have a strong appetite for digital as a key to process optimisation
  • are a strong team player who also thrives in leading projects
  • communicate positively and convincingly across functional and organisational levels and demonstrate capabilities in preparing and presenting solutions and changes
  • are fluent in English, both oral and written.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
