Performance Management Manager

Imagine a future where you ensure ongoing development of all talents in Ørsted globally

Join us in this role where you connect people and processes in our performance year cycle. You’ll ensure that we have a fit-for-purpose performance management approach and provide insights into our organisation. You’ll identify where and when we can adjust or change our approach to performance management, our processes, and systems. All of which you’ll do in close cooperation with many different stakeholders in HR and our organisation globally.

Welcome to Diversity & Talent
You’ll be part of Diversity & Talent where you’ll connect the dots between performance management and the ongoing development of all employees globally. You’ll join the Global Talent Pipeline team consisting of engaged specialists in Poland, Denmark, and UK. We work with many aspects of talent management, e.g., growing a more diverse and global organisation where we develop and share our talents.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • ensuring that all employees have a personal development dialogue twice per year
  • engaging and developing scalable processes and systems to identify, track, and support our employees through our performance cycle
  • optimising our annual talent and performance cycle, focusing on the people review process and the performance and development dialogues
  • providing training in connection with the kick-off of the performance cycle
  • participating in different projects across Diversity & Talent and our Learning & Talent Development department.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have relevant background, possibly within HR, and experience as an HR consultant, performance manager, or HR business partner
  • have strong stakeholder management skills and an ability to engage directly with employees and people leaders at all levels across our organisation, in person and across borders
  • are able to think outside the box, structure your ideas, and make feasible plans, so you can drive activities and follow up when needed
  • have a global mindset, strong virtual working skills, and deep consideration for diversity
  • are comfortable working with HR IT systems, and ideally have worked in SuccessFactors before.
