Project Coordinator Graduate - project coordination of procurement and construction activities

The Graduate journey
Our Graduate Programme consists of two-three rotations, where you’ll solve business challenges, be responsible for your own assignments and be engaged in our day-to-day business decisions.

Throughout your rotations, you’ll assist the Procurement and Construction team in coordinating internal and external stakeholders. You’ll also assist the Project team in supporting the oversight of construction and procurement execution activities by reviewing and understanding budget and schedule status for projects.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • identifying and managing interface with all internal and external stakeholders for optimizing the procurement of owner supplied equipment
  • assisting with the compilation of bid packages, RFPs, contracts, T&Cs, payment terms, etc. for owner supplied equipment across the execution portfolio
  • assisting with contract review and execution process and obtaining necessary approvals per Delegation of Authority
  • having the oversight of procurement related inputs to the short and long terms budget planning tools
  • assisting in capex financial spend for assigned activities within our onshore portfolio.
To succeed in this role, you:

  • hold a bachelor’s, master’s, or technical degree in engineering or a related discipline
  • have experience working cross functional and in cross-cultural teams
  • have strong communication skills and the ability to influence others
  • have good business development skills
  • have a strong interest in renewable energy, i.e. wind, solar, BESS operations.
