US Sourcing Contract Manager

Join us in this role where you’ll manage sourcing and contracts for projects within all Indirect Procurement categories, such as Contingent Workforce Solutions, HR and Global Stakeholder Relations, Professional Services, and Facilities Management, for our US region.
Welcome to Indirect Procurement
You’ll be part of Indirect Sourcing, Americas where you, together with your colleagues, will be responsible for regional sourcing and contract projects for our US region across all Indirect Procurement categories. You’ll also be responsible for managing the sourcing process and contract negotiations on a wide number of projects. You’ll build relationships with internal and external key stakeholders to support the realisation and optimisation of commercial value, as well as handle commercial issues arising from contracts, incl. issues related to supplier performance and contract interpretation. As a team, we focus on strategic sourcing and business development, delivering bottom-line results and non-financial value. We value a positive mindset and being a team player.
You’ll play an important role in:
- procurement processes and using tools, such as DECA, Appus, Doreco, KYC, Vendor Creation, Approvals
- timely completion of procurement requests from stakeholders
- stakeholder procurement policy adherence
- vendor management for top spend vendors in all modules
- Americas spend analysis and regional module sourcing strategies for all modules.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have a cross-disciplinary background based on economics, law, business, finance, engineering, or similar
- have knowledge and experience of managing sourcing and contracting processes
- are an excellent multitasker and a fast learner
- work independently while also being a part of a global team
- have knowledge of procurement tools and systems
- speak and write in English proficiently.
