Our achievements are rooted in caring collaboration where we utilise each other's strengths and support each other.

  • supporting the Head of GPS Maturation with pipelines of new opportunities for developing the area
  • supporting the management team in GPS with potential cases on how to deliver best-in-class people services
  • collaborating closely with colleagues in our GPS operations teams as well as in our People & Culture organisation and other areas as you’ll get a very broad stakeholder landscape
  • actively coaching junior colleagues in the team and on inter-functional project teams.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a strong project management toolbox and an excellent analytical mindset and are confident in calculation of cases with proven problem-solving skills
