Site Assistant

Imagine a future where you’ll support the maintenance base of one of the largest offshore wind farms in the Netherlands and learn from subject experts

Join us in this role where you’ll deliver administrative support, purchasing support, and coordinate the reporting of budgets. You'll act as the contact person for stakeholders in local government and institutions, while interacting with customs and local suppliers. Also, you'll have the opportunity to coordinate trainings activities, manage events, and onboard new employees to a safe and collaborative work culture.

You’ll be part of the onshore site team where you, together with your colleagues, will support site operations from our office in Vlissingen and support the head of Site and colleagues across CE. Our team is on a growth journey and foster a collaborative, diverse, and dynamic work environment where you’ll learn from the best and get to work on challenging projects.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • administrating various activities such as taking care of visitors, travel activity, meeting bookings
  • requesting purchases and create purchase orders
  • processing invoices
  • handling and reporting the budget.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a track record of assisting and showing administrative support
  • possess great communication skills and excellent problem-solving skills
  • are fluent in English, spoken as well as written
  • are proficient with the use of Microsoft word, Excel, and Outlook
  • can prioritise your own workload and organise time and tasks efficiently.
