Senior Management Consultant

Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for the development and execution of key initiatives for our Ørsted Business Services global management team. You’ll be working with an international organisation, ensuring that we address our business priorities to develop our shared service centre, both short-term and long-term.

You’ll be part of our Execution support team where you, together with your colleagues, will bring value to Ørsted Business Services (ØBS) by rethinking the existing processes by owning and delivering best-in-class methods for business development of shared services. You’ll work to accelerate the operational excellence of the main services delivered by ØBS: Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-report, Hire-to-Retire, and new services required to be standardised and delivered to existing or new business areas. You’ll be part of a team that sets new standards for shared services.
You’ll play an important role in:
- leading and coordinating strategic initiatives across ØBS supporting our senior management team
- identifying areas in our processes that can benefit from re-design to cater for increased complexity and growth in our organisation
- defining decision proposals based on a structured and data-driven approach
- championing the application of best-practice methods for business development and structured problem solving.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have a master’s degree, preferably from a finance or economics-related field
- have experience from a major consultancy or global corporation
- possess excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- are results-oriented, independent, and ambitious.

We offer a flexible workplace, and in this position, you’ll be working in a hybrid (office and home-working) set-up.
Please note that you’re expected to do some travelling in relation to your work, as you’ll make trips to our office in Gentofte, Denmark and our regional offices in Chicago, USA and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
